The big three : Perception, Action and Will are the basics - foundations of executing the Stoic life. They are overlapping to each other but each has their critical power and discpline.
It's like a three-legged stool, don't let one stool go down, otherwise it will tumble down.

Control your perceptions.
Hindi mo kontrolado ang mga nangyayari sa paligid, pero kaya mong kontrolin kung paano mo ito titingnan at tatanggapin. Ang tamang mindset ang susi sa tamang reaksyon.
Pangalagaan ang iyong pananaw.
Direct your actions properly.
Ituon ang iyong kilos sa tama.
Ang kontrolado mo lang ay ang iyong mga desisyon at aksyon. Gawin ang nararapat at huwag sayangin ang enerhiya sa walang saysay.
Willingly accept what’s outside your control.
Matutong tanggapin ang hindi mo kontrolado.
Hindi lahat ng bagay ay kayang baguhin o pigilan. Mag-focus sa kaya mong gawin at tanggapin nang maluwag ang hindi mo maimpluwensyahan.
