Of Love and waiting

A text message...

"Love may take long.
But it will always take you to where you belong.
Just hold on and enjoy the journey.
No need to hurry because your heart will know when it's finally home.
Learn the perfect time so that you may discover that all the pain found in waiting has a magnificent and awesome purpose.
In God's time, you will fall in love for the right reason with the right person. When that time comes, love will be worth the wait, the tears, the pain.
Then you'll forget you've ever waited."

Fowarded ;)

piece of advice: Proverbs 19:14

After all the howdy's and all the intricate normalcy of hi's and quo mo esta's,

My friend texted....

"Read Proverbs 19:14"

Fasho, it never occurred to me that it does apply. Just keep on supplicating.

And i never texted back. Contented that i may now enter dreamland.

Of something intense (sonnets and sleep)

I've been indulging to Shakespeare's sonnets lately in order for slumber to seep in to my veins - like an anti dote to counter the day's and time's savages.

Nothing in particular really mends in place the strands of thoughts running through my head all at once. Except that, i'm trying to think back of this sonnet i've read back in high school or prolly back in my elementary days. I couldn't place exactly the Roman numeral for it but something hit me like a deja vu as i read thru this sonnet CXVI.... like a nerve was impinge somewhere, driving me in to a melancholic stupor. And here it goes...

Sonnet CXVI
(by Shakespeare)

Let me not the marriage of true minds
Admit impediments, love is not love
Which alters when it alteration finds
Or bends with the remover to remove
Oh no! It is an ever-fixed mark
That looks on tempests and is never shaken
It is the star to every wandering bark
Whose worth's unknown, although his height be taken
Love's not Time's fool
Though rosy lips and cheeks
Within his bending sickle's compass come;
Love alters not with his brief hours or weeks
But bears it out even to the edge of doom
If this be error and upon me prov'd
I never writ, nor no man ever lov'd

Personally, i'm quite enjoying reading the verses. It tries to calm the waters deep down, smoothing something that has been dormant, those things left unsaid, things that are now part of the photographic memory lane.

This sounded corny, but of Thee may grant the wishes of my heart. And i guess, there's no stopping this time. :)

InstaFace or FaceGram?

With Facebook's acquisition of The famous Instagram, for sure, it would sprout sub-apps or services on both sides of the platform.

Sooner or later, they'd come up with something like Instaface or FaceGram. It's not far from happening eh?

Reality check, this is a neat tie-up unless they will mess up the rules.

The process of counting sheep from 1 to 11 when sleep is out of nowhere to arrive.

You said, drink a glass of hot milk. I got perplexed, why would i do that?
