Imagine This: The Sun Is The Center of Our Solar System

"The stars in the Sky. There can be only one sun at a time. Never obscure the sunlight, or rival the sun's brilliance; rather, fade into the sky and find ways to heighten  the master star's intensity"
˜ Robert Greene

My blog title says it all, it's a given fact - that the sun is the center of the solar system. It is similar to the way our priorities are set: professionally, personally and intrinsically.

Never outshine the master.

I reckon, this is the logo of the Yik Yak app (back then when it wasn't defunct yet)

Twin Lakes Tagaytay and Thoughts

I wus here with a friend last April 24 of 2019. Checked in, not for "fun times" but more of a celebratory night swimming, slash staycation.

Talks, long ramblings with a bottle of wine from the patio of our room, overlooking the opposites sides of the panelled towers, with a view of the vineyard.

It was all slow, easy-burn, and lowkey. Pampaantok.

I think, i have a comprehensive draft of this post, where more pictures and description of my assessment, or opinion to Twin Lakes Hotel is. (shall i post it soon?)

I luv most, their breakfast - the buffet and the open air placement of tables with a panoramic view outside. While the sun shone from our skins, me wearing sando back then, it wasn't cold AF that morning. It was temperature-friendly to the bones.

I luv second, is the night swimming. It was cold AF at first but when we dove, it's gone. As if the coldness of the night and the water's warm regard all fused into a harmony of niceties - all-in-one conveying a nice "talk"while threading the water; laps everynow and then, chats from the kids swimming with us. It was a complementing night of relaxation and easy peasy thoughts wandering.

It's Saturday - as i wrote this. COVID19 lock down is still in-placed. I wonder what's going on in Twin Lakes now.

Am i hearing the echoed emptiness of a deserted Twinlakes? Or probably, the lights and shadows speak for themselves along the hallways and nooks are just waiting, patiently waiting until the new normal sets-in.

Lifehack: Saving a Loosened Flip-flop Hole

Do you remember your Rambo or Spartan or Beachwalk flip-flops?

I guess the reason why i'm sharing is because, i grew up having to fix my old Rambo or Beachwalk or Spartan flipflops when i wus a kid. (No such thing as Havaianas back then)

I can relate.

Not sure if you can relate too. Hahahaha!

But in my time, there were no Gardenia's bread clips (kung meron man, we can't afford it back then). So i'm always ended using a pinitpit na tansan or alambre to twist it around the holes inorder for the lock not to loosen up.

There, childhood feels lang as i saw the image from reddit.

Anong Mangyayari After April 30? (Extended Lockdown or Lifted)

Was scrolling my feeds earlier when i came across this from IATF (inter-agency-task-force), signifying their process (at least they are being transparent) on how they are coming up with the decision for the approaching April 30 expiration of the lockdown nationwide.

Pero ano nga ba ang desisyon?

Ikaw mismo ang makakasagot niyan, sa pamamagitan ng kasalukuyang kalagayan nio sa inyo-inyong lugar.

Tatlo lang ang puedeng pagpilian:
1. Lift ECQ
2. Modified ECQ
3. Extended ang ECQ

At least meron na tayong idea - how would it pan-out base sa kaniya-kaniya nating lugar at kalagayan ng Covid19 data (infected/deaths/cases/etc).

Just a reminder, matuto tayong pasakop at rumespeto sa gobyerno. We heal as one, we fight as one.
